Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the FakeIBAN.org website (the "Service") operated by DKTLabs ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The Service allows you to generate fake International Bank Account Numbers ("IBAN") for educational and testing purposes. The fake IBAN numbers generated by the Service are not real bank account numbers and should not be used as such. You cannot use the fake IBAN numbers to transfer any funds or for any other financial transactions.
The purpose of the Service is to allow people to familiarise themselves with the format and length of different IBAN numbers in a safe environment. The IBAN numbers generated by the Service are not connected to any real bank account.
You are solely responsible for how you use the fake IBAN numbers generated by the Service. We accept no responsibility for any attempted use of the fake IBAN numbers for real financial transactions.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
The fake IBAN numbers generated by the Service are created by an algorithm and are not connected to any real bank accounts. As such, you have no ownership rights over the fake IBAN numbers displayed on the Service. We retain full ownership of the algorithms, source code, content, and technology used to provide the Service.
The only rights granted to you are the limited rights expressly set forth in these Terms of Service. We reserve all other rights.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from or relating to your use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the aggregate liability of us exceed $0.
The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us and you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The Service may contain links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party websites or services.
No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of ours to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
